*Legendary enemy damage tweaked and friendly legendary damage slightly increased. *Legendary difficulty no longer makes all enemies bullet sponges, enemy vitality and shields are now equal on all difficulties. *Player melee damage has been significantly reduced but bladed weapons such as the brute shot, spiker and mauler have the most powerful melee. They are in open conflict with the brutes, USE THIS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. *Elites are now in ODST and are a serious threat.
